Originally from the Asiago Plateau, Brazzale family runs the oldest Italian dairy company, producing cheese and butter since 1784. An eight-generation family tradition and a history of passion that now bring to market excellent products.

Since 2002, following the merger with ZOGI Srl, it has enriched its offer with Provolone Valpadana PDO, produced by the Zaupa Family since 1962 with recognized expertise and dedication.
