220 g of thinly sliced Salame Cremona PGI

How to prepare Grilled polenta sandwiches with mild Provolone Valpadana P.D.O. and Salame Cremona PGI
Preparation
Cut the mild Provolone Valpadana P.D.O. from polenta into 8 slices 1 cm thick and cut into wide strips.
Toast the slices of polenta on both sides for a few minutes on a hot plate, then stuff them with mild Provolone Valpadana P.D.O. and Salame Cremona PGI to obtain a total of 4 sandwiches.
Cut them diagonally to make the sandwiches, stop them with a toothpick and bake them 5 minutes at 200°.
