Clean the broccoli by removing the hardest parts and wash them well under running water. Peel the garlic clove and put it in a pan with 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil.
Turn on a medium heat and, as soon as the garlic has reached an even browning, add the wet and chopped broccoli. Stir carefully, cover with the lid and choke the vegetables for about 20 minutes.
Undercover, season with salt and cook. Peel the sausage and put it in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Graze it well with the prongs of a wooden fork and cook for 20 minutes, turn off the heat and set aside.
Cover a baking tray with baking paper and place the focaccia on top. Distribute the broccoli and sausage on top, sprinkle with a little oil and bake at 200° 10 minutes.
Remove from the oven, sprinkle with grated strong Provolone Valpadana P.D.O. and serve.
