The name \u201cProvolone\u201d appeared in the literature first in 1871, in the \u201cCanevazzi-Mancini Agriculture Vocabulary\u201d (Cappelli, 1871). For \u201cProvolone\u201d one can thus mean a \u201cprovola\u201d of large dimensions. A very original product, distinguishable compared to others hilada pasta<\/strong><\/a> distributed in southern Italy for its great size dimensions<\/strong><\/a>, which takes great care, does not dry out and does not convert to this to slow down.<\/p>
